INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS


• 1 cup non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt


• 3/4 cup low-fat Milk


• 2 tsp. of Honey


• 4 Tbsp. Peach and Apricot spreadable fruit


• 6 ice pop molds


• Put all 4 required ingredients into a blender, and blend for a few seconds until well formed.


• Pour the mixture into the 6 molds and fill the molds. Put the sticks into the molds.


• Freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours. To remove, run each mold under warm tap water for a few seconds, then gently pull the pop out of the mold.
