• 16 kiwi fruits
• 2 sprigs of fresh mint
• 2-3 tbsps. water
• Cut off the caps of your kiwis. Using a spoon, scoop out the center of the kiwis, placing the meat into your blender or food processor.
• Drop mint and 1 tbsp of water into the blender with the kiwi meat. Crush, puree, and blend until it’s smooth. Shouldn’t take long.This is the hard part…Pour into the popsicle forms.

• Remove and enjoy!
