•½ c sugar

•½ c water

•half a green apple, chopped

•2 cups honeydew, chopped

•1 cup green grapes


Boil the water, sugar and apple in a pan until the apple begins to break down and the liquid is reduced by half.

Push the apple and syrup through a sieve to separate the syrup from the fruit.

You should end up with ¼ cup of apple syrup, If you have less just add a bit of water.

Save the apple compote for breakfast. Stir it into a cup of plain Greek yogurt, or have it on toast with some peanut butter.

In a blender, puree the honeydew, grapes and apple syrup together until smooth.

Pour into your Popsicle molds and freeze for around 6 hours.
